Leigh Moffatt, RMT Born into a family of healers, Leigh has inherited the healing touch. Her father was a chiropractor and her mother is a palliative care nurse, which set the groundwork for a lifetime of caring for others in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. Originally from B.C., Leigh was a chef for a decade in downtown Toronto before studying Swedish massage. She studied at KikkawaCollege and became a RMT in 2003. Balanced in both purely therapeutic and more holistic body works, Leigh incorporates techniques ranging from myofascial release, structural integration, hot stone massage, Thai massage techniques and acupressure. She is also trained in aromatherapy and Thai herbal compress massage, and provides pregnancy massage and labour support.
